Payment Policy 

You agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made on the Website. All prices are quoted in United States Dollars.

 

Wix Payments, Adyen B.V., Stripe, Apple Pay, and PayPal are the payment processors we currently use for payment. We do not store or process any credit card details, the payment processors collect and manage all sensitive payment information. 

 

Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your order up until the order has been physically shipped. If we do not receive your payment for an order placed, we will make an effort to contact you using the email address and phone number you provided. We reserve the right to cancel your order if payment is not received. We will not be held responsible for any loss of revenue, or missed opportunities resulting from an order cancellation. In the event that we modify or cancel an order, we will make reasonable efforts to notify you by using the provided email address. We maintain the right to restrict or prevent any order that, in our judgment, appears to be made by online resellers, or any individual or entity we believe is attempting to evade or circumvent these Terms. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to cancel any order without providing a reason for our decision.

 

Refund Policy

Due to the costs of shipping and the nature of the product, we currently do not offer refunds for returns. 

 

If your order was lost during shipment and was never delivered to the correct address, the Company will refund your full order.

 

Shipment Policy

Your order will be shipped by UPS ground within 24 hours of placing your order, or on the following business day. Tracking information will be emailed to you by using the email you provided.
